Golpakhshe Avval managers visit Paksho, Kilos and Surena Cellulose factories
On Sunday, November 8, 2025, the CEO of Golpakhsh Awal, along with a group of senior managers, branch heads, and accompanying delegation, visited the Paksho, Kilos, and Surena Cellulose factories in Khorramdasht Industrial Park, Qazvin Province, and Abhar City, Zanjan Province, during a one-day program.
This visit aimed to deepen the relationship between the production units of Golrang Industrial Group and the Golpakhsh Awal distribution network, as well as to improve management understanding of the production processes, capacities, and operational capabilities of these complexes.
At the beginning of the program, the managers, while attending various production lines, were closely acquainted with the stages of product production, quality control, applied standards, and new technologies used in these factories.
Providing specialized explanations about the manufacturing and packaging process of products, introducing development projects, and showcasing recent technological achievements and innovations were among the central parts of this visit.
Another important focus of this program was to convey market perspectives and needs to production managers. In these meetings, Golpakhsh Awal managers emphasized the importance of more accurate understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and distribution network challenges so that this feedback can be included in production planning and new product development. This two-way interaction will pave the way for more accurate decision-making in the field of product development and improving the competitiveness of the group’s brands.
Also, during the visit, topics such as line development capacities, production constraints, planned opportunities to increase productivity, and strategies to strengthen cooperation between production and distribution were examined. These discussions were conducted with the aim of creating a more common understanding of the needs of the sales network and its influential role in the success of the production cycle.
In addition to familiarizing managers with the factories’ production capacity, this one-day program provided a valuable opportunity to exchange views, brainstorm, and form a more strategic view of the path forward in the Golrang Industrial Group’s production and distribution chain.
The aforementioned visit is an effective step in strengthening synergy, coordination, and cooperation among the various components of this chain.
